From the moment you schedule, your session is reserved specifically for you. Head2Toes Pilates is a private, appointment-only studio designed to provide a calm, supportive, one-on-one experience.

New clients will begin with a brief conversation about movement history, health considerations, goals, and any previous injuries or diagnoses. T

New clients will begin with a brief conversation about movement history, health considerations, goals, and any previous injuries or diagnoses. This allows your session to be thoughtfully planned with your individual needs in mind.

No prior Pilates experience is necessary.

Your First Session

Your initial session focuses on observation, education, and gentle introduction to Pilates principles. Together we will explore:

  • Posture and movement patterns
  • Breathing and alignment
  • Strength, stability, and mobility needs
  • How your nervous system responds to movement

Sessions may include work on the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels,

 

Your initial session focuses on observation, education, and gentle introduction to Pilates principles. Together we will explore:

  • Posture and movement patterns
  • Breathing and alignment
  • Strength, stability, and mobility needs
  • How your nervous system responds to movement

Sessions may include work on the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, and Mat depending on your body and comfort level. Everything is adjusted — including pace, resistance, and rest — to support how your body functions that day.

This is not a workout to “push through,” but a practice designed to build awareness, confidence, and trust in movement.

Because many clients come in carrying stress, pain, or complex health histories,  Sessions are guided with close attention to movement quality, strength development, and how your body responds in real time. 

Rest breaks, breath work, and thoughtful progressions are part of the process. The goal is to help your body feel safe, supported, and capable — not overwhelmed.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and see alignment (athletic wear preferred).

For hygiene and safety, socks are required for all sessions. Grip socks are encouraged but not required. Please avoid bare feet.
