Hi, I’m Shannon Blair, owner of Head2Toes Pilates.
After years of struggling with my own health, I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. At the time, there wasn’t much information available, so I started researching, learning my body, and searching for ways to feel better naturally.
Through specialized physical therapy, Pilates, and strength training, I slowly started getting stronger. Pilates became the first form of exercise that made my body feel better instead of worse. My joints hurt less, I could breathe better, my posture improved, and I stopped feeling afraid of movement.
That experience completely changed the direction of my life and led me to become a Pilates instructor.
Today, I work with clients who want thoughtful guidance, proper movement, and a more personal approach than a large group class. Many of my clients deal with osteoporosis, hypermobility, injury recovery, joint pain, balance issues, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
I completed my Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body and continue expanding my education in movement and exercise science because I truly love learning how the body works and helping people move well for the long term.
I know how life-changing it is when your body finally starts feeling better instead of fighting against you all the time. My goal is to help clients get stronger, recover better, and feel supported throughout that process.
Sessions may be calm and focused, but they are designed to build real strength, control, and resilience.
